22/52 - I went to a few cemeteries today to photograph American flags placed on the graves of veterans for the Memorial Holiday. Sadly, I found very few. At one cemetery I saw just one and the cemetery in this shot had just three. I wish I had taken some flags with me to place on the graves of the forgotten. I wasn't too happy with the color version of this shot, so I added a texture to it and converted it to black & white.

21/52 - New growth on a North Carolina farm. Lots of farms here in the Piedmont.

20/52 - Saw these marigolds at Home Depot and thought they looked so nice that I needed to take a picture of them. I really liked the color combination.
